As a Freelance IT Expert, you will be responsible for managing IT projects, ensuring efficient IT operations, providing exceptional IT services, securing IT infrastructure, architecting cloud solutions, leading the help desk team, or managing databases, depending on your specialized role:

• IT Project Manager

• IT/Cloud Architect
• Help Desk Manager

Your contribution to the success story (role dependent):

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage IT services and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
• Develop and implement IT security policies and protocols to protect organizational data and systems.
• Design and maintain cloud architectures, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs and comply with industry standards.
• Manage help desk operations, ensuring timely and effective support for end-users.
• Oversee database management, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability
  
  
  

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience in one or more of the listed IT management roles.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT operations, services, security, and cloud architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
