Freelance Agile Coach

As a Freelance Agile Coach, you will engage in a wide range of projects across various industries with different opportunities for professional growth and development.

Your contribution to the success story:

• Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across various teams and departments.
• Provide expert coaching and mentoring to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Conduct Agile training sessions, workshops, and boot camps to educate and inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of Agile values and practices.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile implementations.
• Assist organizations in managing the cultural and procedural changes associated with Agile adoption.
  
  
  

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with a track record of successful Agile transformations.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
