We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 60 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
Your Tasks
As a Founder’s Associate, you will be at the forefront of our strategy. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Directly work on solutions with the Founders
Assist in formulating new company objectives and identifying business opportunities
Help translate the management strategy into execution, coordinating and communicating with our Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams
Engage in cross-departmental projects to monitor the implementation and timeline of the strategic direction
Your Profile
+5 years of experience preferably in management consulting, VC, hyper-growth startups, or other highly competitive environments
Proven track record as Founders Associate or Chief of Staff
Obtained a Master’s or MBA degree in the field of Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
Graduated top of your class and have demonstrated outstanding achievements in academia and beyond
Work in an extraordinarily structured way and apply your structured approach to every task at hand
Proactive and independent working style allowing you to plan ahead without close guidance
Hands-on mentality with the capacity to deliver strong results and impact business decisions in a dynamic environment
Strong interest in consumer brands is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
Advanced experience in Excel, PowerPoint and curiosity for new technologies
Fluent in English, other languages such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus
You are a team player, open to new things and you are excited about the chance, to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
