Your mission:

As our Founders Associate intern you will work closely with our VP of Strategy and Organization by owning projects end to end with a focus on strategy and process optimisation.

Your responsibilities:

• You will work very closely with our VP of Strategy and Organization on different projects that shape the company’s future success.
• You manage projects from end to end, including setting goals, coordinating tasks, and tracking progress to allocate resources effectively to support process implementation and improve initiatives.
• You design efficient processes that align with business objectives and implement them in a way that they can be utilised by the team, leading to more efficiency.
• You analyze process-related data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to address challenges that arise during process setup and implementation.
• You are the first-line of defense on contracts and stakeholder follow-ups and convey process changes and updates to all levels of the organization.
• You actively monitor department goals and metrics and effectively prepare, set up and run company operations and events.
• You are a dedicated storyteller creating exciting presentations.
  
  

What you'll bring along to be successful:

• You have an ownership mindset and "get the job done" attitude.
• Your analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills lead you to delivering great results.
• You have exceptional team collaboration and communication skills which are a great asset when it comes to relationship building and fostering strong connections.
• You enjoy working with no-code tools (Airtable, Notion, Metabase etc.) Ideally, you have also worked with SQL and data analysis.
• You are business fluent in written and spoken English (C1) and German (C1).
• You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you need to recognize the gaps and create the answers.
• You are currently enrolled in a university program or already completed your degree.
