Founders Associate CEO Office

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.

We are looking for a Founders Associate CEO Office (f/m/d).

Responsibilities:

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work directly with our CEO and support him in various strategic and operational tasks. You will dive deep into the world of quantum computing technology and help drive our vision forward.

• Supporting the commercialization of our technology and participating in strategic decision-making processes in direct collaboration with our CEO
• Participating in and representing eleQtron at various events, conferences and trade fairs as a representative of our company
• Active contact and relationship management with potential customers, partners and investors
• Coordination and management of projects in the CEO Office, including the preparation of presentations, reports and analyses
• Carrying out market and competitive analyses in order to make well-founded recommendations for strategic initiatives
• Supporting the organization of day-to-day business in the CEO Office

Required Skills:

• Ongoing or completed studies in business administration, engineering, natural sciences or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
• Independent and proactive working style with a high degree of initiative
• Willingness to accompany the CEO to various national and international events
