Fleet Coordinator NCE (m/w/d)

The Operations Management Office (OMO) sits within Service Operations in the Service business unit, Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We are a governance and advisory function for the entire region and act as an interface between global headquarters and regional operations. We are the centre of excellence for system and process developments within the region. Furthermore, we provide daily business support to help our operational colleagues reach their (and all our) targets to deliver the Service KPIs and overall Service strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end process for fleet management across NCE thriving for standardization across the entire region
• Ensure proper cost management of fleet
• Report and forecast demand for NCE fleet incl. EV fleet
• Establish process around securing service vans for travel technicians
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar or completed commercial or technical education (e.g. Industrial Clerk or equivalent)
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably from service operations or procurement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English on professional level

• Strong (internal) customer focus with ambition to support people
• High ability to structure tasks and plan activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organization, with multi-national stakeholders and teams
