About the role: As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with functional heads of all business units, especially EMEA Sales Management. You will build a strong partnership with our Finance and Commercial team in order to fulfill the following

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the finance team worldwide on financial, accounting, and administrative controlling matters
• Support EMEA sales management in operational and commercial financial matters
• Preparation and consolidation of quarterly and annual budgets for the region
• Support the continuous development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operational plan and modelling tools
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Quarterly and monthly financial reporting
• Working with a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Analysing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
• Supporting the senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant qualification

Excellent organisation and planning skills

Able to work in a multinational and multicultural environment with many challenges

Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent English skills
