For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a:
Finance Assistant (f/m/d)
As a Finance Assistant (f/m/d) you will be part of the Finance Section. Your role ensures financial compliance and contributes to smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in bookkeeping of assets, sales, costs and expenses
Support of the monthly statements by collecting data
Support of the quarterly and annual statements by assembling data
Support of reporting to the management and the headquarter
Post and reconcile operating expenses and process employee expense claims
Maintain relevant Finance and Accounting master data
Requirements:
Successfully completed Ausbildung/Bachelor in the field of accounting or an equivalent qualification
2-3 years of experience in finance accounting
Strong ability to meet the Deadlines
Practical experience in accounting or comparable qualifocations preferable
Confident handling of MS Office (Excel)
Good knowledge of the accounting standards
Proactive work attitude and analytical skills
Team Player
Very good English skills written and spoken
