Your Responsibilities:
- Support with all finance-related tasks and develop accounting together with the team
- Help organize punctual payroll for employees
- Ensure timely processing of customer and supplier payments and provide support as a contact person for customer enquiries
- Assist in analyzing, controlling and reporting financial data to management
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day business: managing knowledge databases, equipping the office, managing the inbox and much more
- Contribute and implement ideas for improving administrative, organizational and financial processes
Your profile:
- You are organized, act independently and have an eye for details
- With your passion for numbers and your analytical skills, you contribute to reliable accounting
- You are good at project management and you keep an overview even on the high seas
- With your entrepreneurial thinking, you uncover new business opportunities and actively optimize processes and business areas
- You are familiar with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
