Entrepreneur in Residence / Co-Founder, Work/HR-Tech Venture

w3-ff is a Venture Builder specializing in W2 use cases in connection with W3 technology. We are currently looking for a visionary, ambitious, and passionate Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead a new Work-Tech "HR" venture with the goal of becoming a Co-Founder.

Tasks

• Be significantly involved in the validation, development and launch of a start-up in the Work-Tech / HR-Tech sector
• Use your industry knowledge and network to identify strategic business opportunities and market trends
• Work closely with your counterpart EIRs to develop the business model, product strategy and go-to-market plan for the new venture
• Act as a thought and team leader to form and inspire a new team
  
  
  

Requirements

• *Must have*: deep understanding of the Talent Sourcing / Identification / Development (HR) domain, ideally with a current or past network in the space
• Prior hands-on experience in startup validation, preferably in the SaaS / B2B sectors
• Interest in / awareness of AI and Web3 technology and trends
• A team-first “own it all” instead of a “know it all” working mindset
• The ability to inspire people (including customers and teams) even amidst significant uncertainty
• A growth orientation (personally and professionally) with willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Perseverance and persistence to overcome the challenges that arise as a founder in everyday life
• Ability to work under pressure and still make informed, effective decisions
• Excellent communication and networking skills in English and ideally also Germa

• The opportunity to be part of the founding phase of an HR-Tech start-up. During the first weeks and months as an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will be an integral part of validation, discussing problems, opportunities, solutions and GTM strategy with us and most importantly, potential customers. We take the first steps in building the start-up together.
• Reasonable compensation during the validation period with majority equity retained by the Founders upon fundraising. We target an equity scheme that will maintain significant room for follow-on investment.
