Job Description

• Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
• Help clients and partners to implement services and plan projects effectively
• Support the adoption of our governance methodology/ guidelines from the services delivered, by the customer and/ or partner
• Anticipation and identification of functional/ technical risks and top issues
• Drive prevention of risks and resolution of issues and top issues according to engagement deliverables
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
• Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
• Periodically prepare reports on project performance
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Master-degree or equivalent preferably in business / economics / computer science / mathematics / physics
• 8+ years of business management or consulting experience in a preputed company as well as proven experience as an Engagement Manager (m/f/d)
• Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills
• Have a strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy and professionalism
• Ability to think outside-the-box, be proactive and foster innovation
• Knowledge of a CPM platform, ideally Tagetik, is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
