We are currently seeking a 2nd Level IT Supporter for our client.
Responsibilities:
Handling challenging partner/dealer inquiries regarding our complete product range (both hardware and software) through email or phone communication
Assisting administrators and sales partners in identifying and resolving complex issues related to products, networks, and applications in the ISDN and VoIP environment
Documenting, analyzing, and recording software errors
Recreating and replicating reported errors
Collaborating closely with the in-house development team and the third level support department
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training in the field of information and telecommunications technology or equivalent professional experience relevant to the position
Previous work experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset and possesses confident and friendly communication skills when interacting with customers
Proficient in web server and network knowledge, including TCP/IP and SIP protocols
Knowledgeable in Linux, hypervisors, and virtual machines
Experience with VoIP telephone systems is a plus
Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken
Works diligently and independently
