Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive revenue and engagement for a fashion brand
Create and manage email marketing calendar, including planning, scheduling, and analyzing campaigns
Segment and target email lists to ensure maximum engagement and conversion
Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall brand goals
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing
Qualification:
Proven experience in email marketing for e-commerce, specifically within the fashion industry
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with European and Latin American markets and consumer behavior
Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate CET time zone
Proven track record of driving revenue through email marketing efforts
