ORAP GmbH was founded in 2013 in Germany, Berlin. It offers all kind of spare parts and technical car products in Germany and the Baltic States since 2007.
The main field of activity of the company is wholesale trade of auto parts and accessories for various brands of automobile and cargo vehicles, and also different equipment, worldwide. Besides that, our company is a trustful logistic & warehouse partner specialized in spare parts and similar product categories in the automobile industry.
We are looking for the B2C E-commerce Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
Implement competitive pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and profit margins.
Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping.
Manage new e-commerce platforms and ensure smooth operations.
Work with ERP service providers to ensure the best service and viable solutions.
Maintain effective communication with marketplace representatives and suppliers to resolve any issues related to listings, technicalities, or policies.
Required Skills:
Experience working with marketplaces.
Data analysis and pricing strategies.
Assortment management.
Marketing and promotion on marketplaces.
Proficiency in German and English or Russian and German (German is a must).
Data and analytics skills.
Basic project management skills.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Skills (a plus):
Understanding of German e-commerce legislation.
Technical skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or experience with graphic editors.
