This Is Where We Need Your Support

We are seeking a visionary Director of Web Experience (all genders) with a deep understanding of D2C eCommerce to lead and oversee our tech and website experience team. As a critical member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and execution of our digital initiatives to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and scaling technology solutions for international D2C and B2B companies.

Your Key Responsibilities Are

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and provide strategic direction and leadership to the tech team, guiding the development and implementation of our Ecommerce platform.
• Platform Development: Define the product vision and roadmap for the website experience, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic goals, user feedback, and business priorities.
• Customer Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to website development, leveraging user research, usability testing, and analytics to optimize the user experience.
• Technology Innovation: Drive technology innovation within the organization, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Ecommerce and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to align on priorities and drive consensus. Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product initiatives.
• Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as the implementation of robust security measures to protect customer data and company assets.
  
  

You Have The Following Experience

• Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in senior digital product management or website experience roles, with at least 8 years of experience in E-commerce.
• Deep understanding of Ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Significant experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) models.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and articulate a compelling website experience vision and roadmap.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision making and measure the impact of product initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• You are fluent in English (C2), other languages are a big plus.
