You will be responsible for leading in identifying, qualifying, bidding/tendering, negotiating, and closing opportunities with customers and partners. Furthermore, you will shape our future by solidifying the path towards launch and market entry.

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Director of Sales who takes radical ownership in establishing relationships with medical helicopter operators and leasers in Europe and the US. You will be responsible for leading in identifying, qualifying, bidding/tendering, negotiating, and closing opportunities with customers and partners. Furthermore, you will shape our future by solidifying the path towards launch and market entry.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and lead sales and client-relationship management in Europe and the US
- E****ngage with some of the largest medical helicopter operators and leasing companies in the world
- Foster relationships that translate into long-term accounts for the company
- Generate binding Letters of Intent (LoIs), Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and first sales agreements with customers
- Network with government officials to learn about upcoming programs and opportunities
- Review opportunities to determine fit with the overall company strategy
- Lead the sales agreement negotiation phase, including:
- Generating leads with potential customers
- Defining marketing requirements
- Presenting to Executive Management for approval, with the ability to defend data to the executive team
- Attend national and international conferences
- Assist in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online
- Conduct independent research into target markets and collect voice of the customer (VOC) data
- Work with technical leadership to define product and technology roadmaps based on VOC data collected
- Build strategic relationships with peer organizations and customers
you should …
- Hold at least a bachelor's degree in (preferably) Engineering or a related field
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the aerospace industry, preferably helicopter
- Be fast and sharp in preparing agreements with potential customers
- Be very organized and systematic when creating a pipeline, implementing leads in CRM, and closing opportunities
- Demonstrate radical ownership paired with excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Be able to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have basic knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations, guidance material, and industry standards for eVTOL development
- Bring experience with requirements management tools
- Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills
