Our client is an international provider for workspace solutions.
We are looking for a Director of Sales Germany (w/m/d)
to strengthen their franchise development on the German market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies. This is a high intensity role, which demands managing a relatively complex sales process and delivering high volumes of activity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to find new franchise partners
- selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level to landlords and building owners
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid growth of our network through conversion of existing buildings or by quickly securing new buildings.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Qualifications
- Senior B2B sales leadership experience in a fast-growing, dynamic multinational business
- Business development background in complex solution / service led sales.
- Proven ability to remotely manage and motivate a business development team
- Previous experience in commercial real estate investment or franchise development is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
- German and English fluent
