Your mission

• Develop a holistic marketing strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy that is aligned with NeoTaste's business objectives and target markets in Europe. You will also monitor and analyse the performance of brand campaigns, product launches, customer acquisition programs and more.
• Explore new marketing channels: Identify and test new marketing channels and other initiatives to diversify NeoTaste’s reach. You will continuously evaluate the performance and scalability of these channels, and iterate and refine them based on these insights.
• Lead and build the team: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify skill gaps in the team and recruit top talent that will have a big impact on NeoTaste’s journey.
• Grow our revenue: Drive measurable revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies. You will also optimise marketing spend and resource allocation to maximise NeoTaste’s return on investment (ROI) and profitability.
• Measure performance: Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to our leadership team and investors.
• Global expansion and brand recognition: Together with your team, you will oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and relevance across all channels to establish NeoTaste as a trusted and beloved brand among restaurant owners, operators, and consumers worldwide.
  
  

Your profile

• Proven track record in successfully leading a holistic marketing department in a high growth environment steering all things marketing from Brand, Growth/ Performance Marketing and Creative
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive brand growth and achieve business objectives, working in parallel together with our existing channels or complimentary to them
• A background in successfully scaling consumer products from thousands to millions of users
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse market trends, identify actionable insights and advise on new marketing channels
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and become better every day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• A commercial mindset and the ability to work closely with with other departments and the NeoTaste leadership team
• Experience in app marketing, ideally in the food industry / culinary sector or subscription-based B2C products is a plus

With NeoTaste we develop the platform for you to discover new restaurants in your city. As a user, you can enjoy special deals that are exclusive to us and allow you to discover the culinary diversity of the city.

On the other hand, we are also the partner for restaurants to win new customers who do not yet know their go-to food place. The restaurants can adjust their special deals individually to their capacity, which helps them increase their occupancy and thus their revenue.
