YOUR ROLE
Country HR Director coordinates all matters of personal according to plans, policies and legal matters. She/he has to ensure the overall attractiveness of ST Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Denmark for existing manpower to stay with and to ensure a permanent match between employees profile and the needs of the company. Support local management in their role of guiding people, prepare problem solutions for current/future management decisions. Contribute and participate in regional or Corporate HR projects and initiatives. The management of the German Work Council is also part of this role.
In addition, this role includes the day to day management of the sites in Germany (Munich, Stuttgart, Dortmund and home offices).

Your Skills & Experiences
- Master degree in human resources, sciences or similar
- 10 years of HR with Generalist or Business HR experience
- German fluent, English business proficiency
- Knowledge about German Labor laws (Slovenia, Austria and Denmark labor laws is a plus)
- Management of a team
- Communication skills in German and English
