About The Role

As Digital Content Manager (all genders), you are a valuable part of the DACH/NORDICS DDM & Media team for RECKITT’s Hygiene business unit. You will be responsible for driving our business through best-in-class content and onsite search optimization. You manage the adaptation of existing product content to increase visits on different ecommerce partner platforms and brand websites. You report to the Digital Acceleration & Capabilities Lead and maintain a close collaboration with your colleagues in brand and trade marketing.

Your responsibilities

Content Management & Optimization

  • Creating and managing enhanced content for e-commerce partner platforms and brand websites.
  • Ensuring conversion optimized live at key e-commerce retailers and achieving optimal visibility for the brands.
  • Design BIC A+/B+ eCommerce content for NPD, EPD, or BDI across Amazon.com 1st Party, 3rd party (Marketplace customers), Pure Play and Bricks & Clicks
  • Monitoring content at partners’ online shops to ensure compliance with the newest available content.
  • Monitoring RECKITT’s rankings and taking action to ensure all products have the best possible visibility for all relevant search enquiries.
  • Working with brand teams to ensure the information on the websites is kept up to date.

SEM Management & Optimization

  • Planning of Cross Platform Search Budget Allocation: Assess performance and recommend investment shifts between retailer platforms, keyword sets, and product segments on monthly basis.
  • Refine campaign structure and parameters to improve upon front end optimization metrics (ROAS, NtB, CVR, QS) and ultimately grow visits and sales.
  • Responsible for in platform campaign setup and modifications to budgets, bidding rules, etc.
  • Keyword Research: Considering business & product insights from brand management and I&A along with search volume trends, refine focus keyword areas.
  • Partner across Website Factory and MX SEO to build iterative short/long term website updates into market to improve organic search rank and create SEM efficiencies.
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable optimizations based on rules-based principles across traffic & CVR objectives across various retailer platforms
  • Active participant in driving our SEO/SEM productivity levers across offline and retail search platforms with close coordination with MX global team.
  • SEO project management and high level of engagement and communication across stakeholder groups to realize more effective website opportunities based on consumer trends/search volumes.

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, media or business
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience with at least 6 months in either commercial (sales/marketing), e-commerce, content management or performance marketing environment
  • Established background in content management or digital marketing, particularly within consumer-focused sectors.
  • Expertise in content strategies that engage users and support conversion, underpinned by a solid understanding of digital best practices.
  • Skillful in utilising CMS, SEO, and analytics tools to create and evaluate content.
  • A creative and analytical thinker who can both envision and execute compelling content.
  • Strong communication - fluently in English and German - and teamwork abilities, adept at navigating project timelines and collaborating for success.
  • Fluency in the latest trends within the digital content and marketing sphere, always keen to push boundaries and innovate.
