YOUR MISSION:

• Support Head of Design in the execution of innovative product design development aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals
• Integrate product and technical developments into product design
• Contribute to the quality of products' design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand
• Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
• Under the direction of Head of/Creative Director, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively
• Launch innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies
• Identify functionality requirements and ensure accurate use of information technology systems in order to gain competitive advantage
• Identify opportunities for design support in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer intimacy
• Ensure that design activities leverage learning across the PUMA organization
• Contribute to adequate protection of PUMA’s intellectual property
• Delivery of projects in line with PUMA development calendar.
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Design, Fashion Design or similar education
• 3+ years of work experience in design in the sports/lifestyle industry
• Strong knowledge of Sport Lifestyle industry, fabrics and new industry technologies
• Relevant experience in the apparel Sport/-Lifestyle area
• Design experience in the Outerwear category will be an advantage
• Design talent and excellent feeling for color, graphics and creativity
• Expert level required in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint & other design apps
• Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools are required: Clo3D, Browzwear / VStitcher or similar 3D fashion design tools
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good verbal and written language skills in English
