Design Engineer (m/w/d) - Aviation

• Design of Primary and Secondary Structure- Sheet-Metal and Composite parts
  
• Design and analyze aircraft structural components and systems.
  
• Ensure structural integrity and performance of aircraft.
  
• Develop and validate structural models and simulations.
  
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback
  
• Optimize designs for weight, cost, and performance
  
• Creation of BOM / ECN
  
  
  
  
  

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation & Aerospace or related, min. Bachelor's Degree
  
• Min. of 5 years of experience in the aeronautical sector
  
• Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Structure of Aircraft Sheet-Metal and Composite parts.
  
• Experience with Part Drawing and Assy & Installation drawings (knowledge of conversion from CCD to CATIA V5 favorable)
  
• BOM / ECN
  
• Good knowledge of CATIA V5 (CCD preferable)
  
• Comfortable in using of MS-office tools
  
• Knowledge in SAP
  
• Able to communicate Technical Coordination
  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  
• Good communication- and technical coordination skills
  
• Ability to present work results
  
• Ability to work in a team
  
• Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processes.
