Deputy Supervisor (m/f/d) Baltic Eagle - Mukran, Sassnitz

The wind farm you will be working at is Baltic Eagle consisting of 50 Vestas V174-9.5 MW turbines with a total capacity of 475 MW north east off the coast of the Island of Rugen, in the German Baltic Sea. You will become part of an exciting journey all the way from the beginning of setting up the service organisation at the site and following operations under the service contract. Home port is Mukran and you will be working in a rotation setup of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Your responsibillities

• Supervise and coordinate service operations on-site in collaboration with the Service Supervisor
• Ensure compliance to the Vestas Health and Safety Management system and standards on-Site
• Organize Vessel + O&M team transfers
• Participate on technical meetings with the back office
• Planning of annual service and maintenance
• Cooperate and coordinate with customer representatives on-site
  
  

Your Qualifications And Competencies

• Electrical degree from a technical school/college/university
• Several years of professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems, in wind or offshore and with HV
• Professional wind turbine experience
• Good English and German skills in reading/writing
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Full driving licence
• Customer-oriented, technically skilled and a committed collaborator
• Ability to influence and guide others in a positive manner and a solid motivator and energizer of the team
• Focused on how to coordinate and promote general safety and safety awareness
• Good continuous improvement mindset
• Comfortable working offshore and at heights, coping with the respective opportunities this brings
