Key Responsibilities:

• Rolling Budget Preparation: Lead the preparation of rolling budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Budget Upload: Collaborate with GSD EU to efficiently upload and manage budgets.
• Forecasting: Prepare and analyze forecast figures using IRIS to guide strategic decisions.
• Performance Analysis: Work closely with local sales managers to analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• MAS Data Preparation: Manage and prepare MAS data to support sales initiatives.
• Presentation Creation: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and strategies.
• Tender Support: Provide essential BCO support during tender seasons to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a strong advantage.
