We're now looking for an Customer Success Specialist. This position is a full-time, internship, and remote working position.


Your challenges:

  1. Acting as the contact for customers, assuring their satisfaction in our product and service.
  2. Advocating for customer demand by capturing and sharing feedback.
  3. Responding to customer feedback and proactively contacting customers based on account health.


Your profile includes:

  1. 3 months+ relevant experience in support, customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles.
  2. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written;
  3. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects;Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
  4. Can do at least 3 months of full-time internship.
