SPRK. global GmbH, a leading green tech startup is currently seeking a CTO to join our talented development team. Our mission is to digitalize the food supply chain to facilitate a reduction in global food prices, lower CO2 emissions, and aid in combating world hunger.
As our CTO, you will lead our Product & Technology Team to execute a business-aligned technology strategy, driving innovation, managing key initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships for a competitive edge.
Aufgaben
Lead and expand our Product & Technology Team at SPRK. global
Develop and lead the technology strategy in alignment with SPRK's business objectives
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your team and further recruit a high-performing engineering team
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery
Manage key tech initiatives and leverage strategic partnerships
Evaluate and steer the implementation of new technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with the CEO to represent the company's technological vision to investors, clients, and partners
Qualifikation
Experienced tech leader with track record of achievements in Start-Ups, preferably as a CTO in a B2B environment
Proficiency in working with high-performance ecommerce and marketplace technology
Experience with heterogeneous interfaces, to enable seamless data flow with supply and demand partners
Extensive hands-on software development, engineering, technology architecture and AI & Machine Learning expertise
Can-do and roll-up sleeves mentality, solution orientation and output driven
A strategic mindset with the ability to align technology strategies with overall business goals
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in working with our main tech stack: Python, Django, AWS is an advantage
