How Do You Fit In?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Specialist to join our Growth team. As a CRM Specialist for Savage X Fenty EU, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our CRM platform to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. You will be responsible for rolling out integrated communication strategies across customer segments for all touchpoints including web/mobile experiences, email, sms and direct mail. Our business combines a direct-to-consumer, digitally native business model with a membership model to deliver the best customer experience. The right candidate will understand the membership model, be obsessed with CRM strategy, segmentation, lead conversion and customer journeys. This role will partner closely with cross functional partners, including acquisition, creative, and marketing teams to drive traffic and support the brand narrative through data mining, test and learn strategies, and customer segmentation.

This opportunity is for someone analytical and detail-oriented team player who finds excitement in applying CRM best practices, developing integrated strategies, and creating compelling customer branding experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. Manage CRM workflows, processes, and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups with personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.) to drive customer engagement and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and offers.
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving CRM strategies. Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle programs, including welcome series, loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, and win-back strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness, including subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation.
  • Ensure the CRM platform is configured and utilized effectively, leveraging technical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with the IT and Product team for system upgrades and integrations.
  • Work closely with the CRM Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of CRM activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and customer service, to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.
  • Support daily execution of emails from creative ticket entry, creative reviews, list, campaign set up, coding, QA and scheduling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in CRM and customer engagement. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance our CRM capabilities.

What You Can Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics. Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and email coding (understand email coding best practices).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative; must be able to work independently.
