Tasks
Research and identify potential speakers.
Contact and initiate communication with potential speakers, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of participating in our event.
Schedule and coordinate calls or meetings with potential speakers to present event details and persuade them to participate.
Collaborate closely with speakers to understand their expertise, objectives, and preferences, ensuring their content aligns with event themes and objectives.
Collect and organize speaker data, including biographies, headshots, presentation materials, and any other required information.
Assist speakers in developing and refining their presentations, offering guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality content.
Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with selected speakers, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner.
Act as a point of contact for speakers, providing ongoing support, answering queries, and addressing any concerns or logistical issues.
Requirements
Prior experience in organizing conferences, summits, or similar events.
Familiarity with various industries and subject matters to identify relevant speakers.
Experience in dealing with clients and attending to their problems
