Our clients, a well-respected veterinary pharmaceuticals business are seeking a Country Manager to lead the growing German business.

This a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a world-leading product portfolio that continues to grow with more product launches planned for the years ahead both short and long-term.

Based in the Berlin area and reporting directly to their European Head Office, the responsibilities of the role will include:

• Implementing the company's general and strategic policy in accordance with the objectives set
• Managing the German team including Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Ensuring compliance with the company's and the wider Group's standards and procedures
• Responsibility for all the company's staff and their management
• Being the link between the various departments of the German business and Head Office

What are the requirements?

• Senior Leadership experience within the Animal Health sector
• Extensive market knowledge of the Veterinary marketplace
• Marketing experience or qualification is preferred
• Proven strategic and operational success
• Excellent communication skills
