Controller (m/w/d)

ARB Investment Partners GmbH (ARB) is a berlin-based family office, focused on real estate and alternative investments. ARB is currently searching for a part time Controller to support its Berlin operations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administration of reporting systems and procedures
• Preparation of quarterly and annual reports
• Liquidity and resource planning
• Risk management analysis
• Coordination of external advisors and fund administrators (admin, legal, accounting) in Luxembourg and Germany
• Involvement in the audit process to deliver year-end Financial Statements
• Relationship management with finance departments of fund investments to obtain timely and accurate information
• Provision of timely reporting and tax relevant information to shareholders

Profile:

• University degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance (CFA level 2-3 is a plus)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience within either Accounting & Audit, Wealth Management or Private Banking
• Fluent English and German language skills, French would be a plus
• Strong organizational skills, structured approach
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
