Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for high-performing candidates who are eager to make a difference from day one and fulfil the below requirements:

• Be on track to achieve / recently obtained a Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent), with diverse academic backgrounds welcomed
• Possess internship experience or first experience in a relevant sector (e.g., Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services)
• Exhibit fluency in English (both spoken and written), with an additional requirement based on your desired location: English and German for Germany
• Availability to start in September 2024
• Display a genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
• Showcase ambition, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'can-do' attitude
• Be a team player with a strong sense of teamwork
• Show interest in participating in various aspects of business management, including practices, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and social initiatives

Application Process:

The multi-stage recruitment process is as follows:

Cognitive Exercise (30min) – online exercise to be completed in your own time

Online Video Interview (15min) – virtual interview where you will be asked to answer key questions such as your understanding of and motivations for joining Alpha

Assessment Centre (1h) – an individual case study to give you the opportunity to meet members of the Alpha Team

Final Round Interview (~45min) – Final interview with one of our European Directors

Successful candidates will progress through the stages and our team will inform you of our decisions as quickly as possible between rounds.
