Compliance Specialist

Our client is in search of a talented Compliance Specialist, with extensive experience in Legal Advisory, to join their team on a part-time basis.

Tasks

• Preparing expert opinions and assessing solutions for legal matters
• Advising decision-makers on legal requirements and procedures
• Structuring legal relationships, including drafting, negotiating, managing rights and obligations, and contract termination
• Representing our client and its associated companies in legal and official proceedings with independent decision-making authority
• Developing and implementing training and communication strategies for our client and its associated companies
• Managing external consultants and evaluating legal advice

Requirements

• Above-average results in both 1st and 2nd state law exams
• Over 6 years of professional experience
• Proven expertise in various areas of corporate law
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership skills, including communication, presentation, assertiveness, and teamwork
• Confident and persuasive presence both within and outside the company
• Highly independent, reliable, and organized
