About the Venture

We are a stealth AI Robotics venture based out of Munich paving the way for the first-ever mass-produced humanoid robot, designed to elevate industry and daily life alike.

We're looking for an Robotics Hardware Engineer and Co-Founder to join our technical founding team HQ' in Munich.

About the Role

As a Founding Hardware Engineer, you will join a 2 other Co-Founders (1 ex-founder & AI expert) to build a venture from the ground up. Our first goal will be to develop a functional prototype humanoid robot. We're looking for somebody who is excited by working hands-on to build the prototype, but can ultimately lead a team of robotics engineers and lead developmental research into the space.

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust hardware solutions that integrate seamlessly into our software
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to prototype, to ensure our robots are reliable and efficient
• Ensure we can scale our prototype robots into full production while maintaining quality and performance standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements within Robots and AI to enable continuous innovation and keep our technology ahead of market trends and competitors.
• Build, mentor and guide a team engineers and researchers, promoting continuous learning and development. You provide technical and managerial leadership to the team.

About You

We are seeking a visionary Robotics Hardware Engineer and Founder who embodies a blend of technical prowess and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have:

• A rich portfolio in robotics and hardware engineering, showing a trail of innovation and problem-solving.
• A deep understanding of product development life cycles, from ideation and prototyping to manufacturing and scaling.
• Knowledge of advanced 3D modelling and simulation, to accurately predict and design physical mechanisms.
• A leader with agility to adapt, foresee industry trends, and drive initiatives within an ever-evolving technological landscape.
• Prior experience in a startup or dynamic R&D environment, steering projects from the ground up with strategic insight and operational excellence.
• Academic credentials or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an obsession with quality, ensuring that every gear in our robotic creations meets the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences, rallying them behind our vision.
• A collaborative mindset, appreciating the symbiosis of interdisciplinary teams and the magic of uniting diverse perspectives.
