We are seeking a hands-on, passionate, and committed Co-Founder to join our innovative team in revolutionizing natural capital transparency through cutting-edge technology. Tasks

• Develop Strategy & Drive Business: Challenge, adjust and implement the long-term strategy and vision for the platform together with the founding team. Identify and capture new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and maximize our growth potential.
• Lead Product Innovation: Oversee the development and enhancement of our technological solutions to ensure they meet market demands and solidify our leadership position.
• Strengthen the Core: Leverage technology and innovation to optimize internal processes and ensure efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled team that shares our mission and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• Secure funding and cultivate relationships: Approach investors to secure the necessary funding for growth acceleration. Maintain and strengthen relationships for long-term success.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong drive to take ownership of projects and execute them effectively. Ready to lead and inspire within a startup environment.
• Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture building or project management with technology-driven roles, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in technology, including experience with the latest tech stacks and tools for product development.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, forestry, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
