Your Role as a Client Executive Amidst our rapid expansion over the past five years, we are bolstering our international sales team. We are on the lookout for a Client Executive to focus on Central Europe. This role is pivotal for those who:
- Excel in engineering and service sales.
- Thrive on developing new business opportunities.
- Possess a polished personal brand and a vast professional network.
- Are adept at digital and social media selling.
- Are driven by team success and personal growth.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in B2B IT-staffing or bespoke software development services.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively remotely and travel as needed.
- A champion mindset regarding equity, diversity, and inclusiveness.
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and staffing needs across industries.
- Knowledge of the software development outsourcing industry.
- Mastery of modern B2B sales processes and buyer engagement techniques.
- Experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in the EU.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
