Chief Technology Officer/ Team Tech Lead - Berlin - Medical Device

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Tech Team Lead to help us achieve our goals and enhance our team. As CTO, your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Define and drive our technological vision.
• Convert market needs into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee development of frontend, backend, IoT software and hardware, AI, and DevOps.
• Lead and contribute to the development team.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Clinical, and external stakeholders.

Skills You Will Bring

• Proficient development skills.
• Strong knowledge of applied machine learning and AI.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Tech Stack

• Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI), Docker Swarm or Kubernetes, Linux OS, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow (required).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Terraform, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, embedded programming in C/C++ (nice to have).
