The role - your passion

We are looking for a CTO to lead our technology, product, and data organization, and drive their vision and strategy. Your mission is to build a global digital ecosystem for camping and outdoor travel for our customers and create a cutting-edge operating system for the world’s largest camper fleet and station network. For this purpose, we are looking for a visionary leader with a strong track record of developing, launching, and scaling innovative digital products and services in a fast-paced environment with an owned software stack on a global level.

• Be a visionary and inspiring tech leader and set the technology vision and strategy for the entire company including own developments, SaaS products and data
• Lead an agile and international tech organization, comprising engineering, IT, product and data teams
• Oversee the development, launch and maintenance of new products and services that delight customers and optimize operations
• Ensure the global scalability, security, and efficiency of the technology infrastructure and software architecture
• Align the tech strategy with the business vision as a key member of the executive team, effectively conveying your team’s strategic and technical decisions and managing stakeholder relationships at the board and management level
  
  

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Proven experience as a senior technology or product leader, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• Strong product development and product launch experience with a growth mindset
• Deep technological understanding including cloud computing, AI and other current and emerging technologies
• Experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies and solutions (incl. make-or-buy decisions), and managing technology vendors and partners
• Skilled and experienced in scaling and structuring an agile tech, product and data organization for a fast-growing company
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives
