Our client is a successful, growing company taking the next step in its development and is looking for a dynamic CFO to take the company to the next level. You will optimize finance and controlling, create transparency, and report directly to the COO.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate controlling, including liquidity and cash flow management
• Financial planning and forecasting
• Finance management and accounting
• Process optimization and implementation of new software solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to support growth goals
• Shape the finance department and work with motivated colleagues
• Support company development and ensure the transition
• Actively contribute to company growth through M&A activities, corporate restructuring, and internationalization

Your Profile:

• Degree in economics, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA)
• Several years of experience in the finance sector of a medium-sized company
• Solid knowledge of HGB, IFRS, or US-GAAP
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Analytical thinking, leadership skills, and a hands-on mentality
