Join us and drive our profitable growth strategy together with the CEO of our three Business Units Rotary, Engine and Safety, with the focus on organic growth and M&A as well as improving our efficiency & cash positions:

• Assess, challenge and improve the financial performance of our three growth platforms
• Assess and support M&A processes
• Control & follow-up on return on invest of our business ventures
• Focus on Operations: Close tracking of productivity improvements, ownership of selected key initiatives
• Launch and monitor cost control programs, drive turn-around measures in underperforming entities
• Ensure ambitious budgeting, realistic forecasting and action oriented monthly reporting
• Lead Finance & Controlling functions in the BUs, by enhancing it’s capability and focusing the function on value add to the P&L

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on individual:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience
• Experience in medium-sized company environment
• Experience in consulting or business management (P&L, Operations or similar)
• University degree in business or economics
• Experience leading projects and international teams
• High strategic & analytical competence
• Excellent & precise communication style (oral and written)
• Independence, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel internationally (20-30%)
