Your Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of events, conferences and other business-related activities
• Help with SAP based procurement processes where needed and trouble shoot in case of process disruptions along the process from purchase order to invoicing of the ordered services
• Organise and run regular Trainee Forums and All-Hands-Meetings for the New Green Power & Gas area
• Handle the access rights management of MS Sharepoints and MS Teams channels in the New Green Power & Gas area
• Implement the New Green Power and Gas Internal controls system, keep it up-to-date and run regular trainings within the New Green Power & Gas area
• Support the Enterprise Risk Management and assist in digitalization projects within the New Green Power & Gas area
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
• Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, presentations
  
  

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of SAP Modules FI, CO, PS, MM preferred but not a must
• Ability to quickly connect with others and build relationships with key customers and partners, both internal to Uniper and externally
• Intercultural competence
• Capable and confident in handling diverse topics in parallel
• Fluent in German and English
