Business Manager to VP R&D

Areas of responsibilities:

• Coordinate project work, including allocation of work based on priorities and established goals and objectives for the completion of the project. Support the Senior Vice President Group Technologies to follow up milestones, action points and deadlines concerning these project
• Act as interface between the Technology teams. Receives and prioritizes SVP’s correspondence and takes action in drafting correspondence, and forwarding for action and/or distributing for information
• Review and prepare decision papers, working documents, reporting and status reports
• Maintenance of internal data, organize the filing and documentations
• Participate in the further development of our business processes
• Excellent stakeholder management - Quality / IT/ Finance / Product management / External Engineers & Designers
  
  
  
  

Your profile of qualification:

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or similar field
• Several years of working experience in a similar position
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong technical understanding
• Fluent in English and German
• High level of personal initiative and sense of responsibility
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to be challenged and take personal responsibility
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Profound knowledge of MS Office
