We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Business Intelligence Operations to join our dynamic team. This role demands a proactive approach to refine operational procedures, implement cutting-edge automation tools, and elevate our chatbot functionalities. As an Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Operations to optimize workflows, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure that operational milestones align with our company's growth objectives.

Tasks:

• Enhance and streamline operational processes to support scalability and efficiency.
• Implement and optimize low-code and no-code automation tools, such as Make.com and Retool.
• Improve the chatbot experience to better serve our users, focusing on efficiency and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to monitor and drive improvements in key performance indicators.
  
  

Qualifications:

Please notice: for this position a working VISA for Germany and a high German language level are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Business Informatics, Business, or Informatics.
• 1-3 years of experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript; familiarity with low-code, no-code tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in German and English
