As Business Development Representative at GO2 Markets, you will develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and always aim at gaining an in-depth understanding of our customer’s needs. This position is the ideal starting point, if you are targeting a customer-facing career within the Renewables & Sustainable industry.
This position is offered full-time and in Berlin. This position can be set up as a 6-months internship towards the end of your university program,or as an entry-level role.

Your Responsibilities At GO2 Markets
- Your mission is to generate new business opportunities to fuel GO2 Markets’ growth
- You will create and prioritize strategic accounts within a defined territory and consult them on their sustainability goals by offering our products and services
- You identify and reach out to new prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls; always focusing on giving a great first impression
- You will continuously coordinate with the team to ensure company standards are being met and support with market research and competitor monitoring
- You will constantly and pro-actively expand your knowledge in the field of sustainability and renewable energy solutions
- You are currently studying Business or Sustainability and have successfully completed your first 2 years-or you are about to graduate
- You have initial experience in B2B sales or another customer-facing role; knowledge of environmental markets is a plus
- You are a proactive and persistent communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone and easily connect with different stakeholders – in English, and additionally either in German, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian.
- You are a great listener, skilled at understanding the customer’s needs, and able to match them with a successful solution
- You are highly motivated to generate business and persistent in your approach to win over new clients, but you value transparency and integrity along the process
- You are self-driven, autonomous, and highly organized in your work
