Develop and implement sales strategies in Germany to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital assets sector for financial institutions and corporate clientsCreate and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to enclosure, ensuring a healthy flow of businessCollaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to market demands and compliance standardsMonitor market trends and competitors to find new sales opportunities and potential threatsNegotiate and close complex deals to ensure profitable partnershipsProvide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Head of SalesRepresent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesWork closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing initiatives for consistent brand messagingEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business by maintaining strong relationships with key clients in Germany

Proven sales track record in technology / financial services / digital assets with a strong focus on revenue targetsSolid understanding of digital asset regulations and complianceStrong ability and ownership in identifying, negotiating, and closing significant deals in a competitive market environmentAt least 5 years of relevant experience (2+ years in digital assets preferred)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAnalytical skills to track sales performance and market trendsEstablished network in financial services with a talent for leveraging relationshipsStrategic mindset with agility to adapt to market dynamicsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree a plusHigh level of professionalism, integrity, drive, and deep interest in digital assets
