Business Developer - Lingua Tedesca

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Italy, with a perspective of growth and strengthening of its structure, is looking for a Business Developer dedicated to the development of the German market, with particular focus on Extractables & Leacheables business services.

The candidate will be responsible for sales promotion in the assigned market sector and will be a reference point for German customers in the sector.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for:

• Promote the marketing of Eurofins BioPharma BioPharma Product Testing Extractables & Leacheables and Packaging Testing analytical services to the assigned market by working with customers to identify and propose the most suitable analytical solutions for their outsourcing needs;
• Check with the Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director for market opportunities of new analytical services in GMP;
• Visit customers (existing or potential) and explore the target area;
• Acquire new customers;
• Coordinate/implement sales promotional campaigns;
• Coordinate operational aspects of promotional activities;
• Directly manage business negotiations;
• Promote the image of Eurofins at dedicated events such as participation in conferences, campaigns, trades etc;
• Monitor and periodically evaluate sales trends in the E&L market sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, CTF or other scientific disciplines;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent knowledge of English and German language;
• Customer orientation;
• Excellent networking skills;
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
• Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to work independently;
• Willingness to travel frequently to clients all over German territory;
• Residency in Germany or open to relocation permanently to Germany in the Frankfurt area;
