We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Commercial Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions and drive financial performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, profitability analysis and cost analysis
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Data Management: Collect, analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Business Partnering: Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide relevant support
• Process Improvement: Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide relevant support
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic initiatives and projects

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a financial analysis or business analyst position, preferably within a commercial finance environment
• You have a highly c ollaborative and approachable attitude combined with excellent communication skills in English
• You are proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e. g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
