Business Analyst / ERP Process Analyst

Job Description

• Cross-functional responsibility for the workflows, master data and processes of all departments within the ERP system
• Management of processes and control functions in the ERP system
• Process mapping of production and order control and relevant value flow mapping to link to finance and controlling
• Error detection, cause documentation and elimination
• Distribution of workflows according to task areas within the ERP system
• Preparation of ERP data for customers
• Optimization of interface functions between the modules and applications used
• Optimization of interactions between departments regarding ERP usage
• Participate in Workshops within the Global Process Manager community

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical, production-related or IT environment
• Indepth knowledge of ERP processes within production companies, preferably ProAlpha and/or SAP
• High understanding of business and production processes and how to translate their requirements into ERP processes.
• Very good knowledge of English and German language
• Good communication skills and ability to work in in multidisciplinary teams
