Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations: Freiburg im Breisgau

As part of the Education Team of the global SAP Business Unit, you will support the training and apprenticeship programs and continuously develop them further.

• You will support the design of digital training concepts and help to develop strategies for their implementation.
• Your focus will be on supporting and further developing our training and apprenticeship programs (e.g. apprenticeship, dual study program or trainee program).
• You will track the personal development of our future experts and contribute new innovative ideas to the programs.
• You will also take care of an attractive representation of the training programs on our intranet (SharePoint) and ensure structured documentation.

Als Teil des Education Teams der globalen Business Unit SAP begleitest du die Ausbildungsprogramme und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.

• Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von digitalen Schulungskonzepten und hilfst dabei Strategien für deren Umsetzung zu entwickeln.
• Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Ausbildungsprogramme (Bsp. Betriebliche Ausbildung, Duales Studium oder Trainee Programm).
• Dabei verfolgst du die persönliche Entwicklung unserer Nachwuchskräfte und bringst neue innovative Ideen in die Programme mit ein.
• Ebenso kümmerst du dich um eine attraktive Repräsentation der Ausbildungsprogramme in unserem Intranet (SharePoint) und sorgst für eine strukturierte Dokumentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have completed your studies in business administration with a focus on HR management, business psychology, education management or similar and are ready to start your career. Ideally, you already have a IHK trainer aptitude exam and experience with dual study programs.
• You enjoy working with people and want to push topics forward independently.
• You are good with programs such as MS Office.
• You work conscientiously and in a structured manner, but also like to be creative from time to time.
• You speak fluent German (level C1 or higher) and good English (level B2 or higher)

• Du hast dein Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Bildungsmanagement o. ä. abgeschlossen und bist bereit für deinen Berufseinstieg. Optimalerweise bringst du bereits einen Ausbilderschein mit und hast Erfahrungen mit dualen Studienprogrammen.
• Du hast Spaß daran mit Menschen zu arbeiten und willst Themen eigenständig voranbringen.
• Du kannst gut mit Programmen wie MS Office umgehen.
• Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und strukturiert, bist aber auch gerne mal kreativ.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (Niveau C1 oder höher) und gutes Englisch (Niveau B2 oder höher).
