Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Kloster Allerheiligen. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, overseeing hiring processes, and effective communication. The role also involves maintaining the smooth operation of the food & beverage department.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in managing customer satisfaction
Experience in hiring and training staff
Knowledge and passion for the food & beverage industry
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Experience in the Slow Food movement or sustainable practices is a plus
