The role’s ambition to create knowlegeble, informed and engaged partners for the adidas Brand takes form through extended support of the Sports Marketing and Culture Marketing teams in key engagement opportunities across the partnership lifecyle, including general meetings, induction and negotiations to properly support in creating the most positive and influential Brand experience possible for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation: Support in the implementation of the global Brand Engagement strategy – in coordination with the broader Brand Engagement and Events & Engagement team.
Prepare, organize and execute tools, events and services, including planning and conceptions – often supported by selected execution agency in close alignment and coordination with broader Events & Engagment team.
Coordinate coordinate bookings, services and logistics around the Brand Induction Room
Update Brand Engagement content/concept & strategy for inductions and key moment by utilizing and preparing relevant adidas content, products and/or insights and aligned with overall adidas strategy for informative partner sessions.
Coordination: Act as the coordinator between adidas’ Sports Marketing, Culture Marketing and other Brand Partnership teams in the coordination of both Herzo or off-site based activites, and towards the wide variety of internal stakeholders – all with regards to Brand Engagment responsibilities and opportunities.
Continually develop expertise and knowledge of Brand needs for Induction and general partners-facing engagement concepts to provide meaningful input for the partner manager community regarding possible opportunities and innovations in the space.
Facilitate the adidas team at selected engagement events in cooperation with the requesting team, category or market counterparts in engagement sessions with adidas partners.
Manage the support of the Global Sports Marketing or Culture Marketing team in all administrative tasks (VAT issues, invoice payment, recharge handling) mainly in global, Brand Icon related projects.
Support broader Events & Engagement team in other projects outside of the area of Engagement, e.g. Partner/ VIP handling before, during and after events

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree focused on Experiential / Retail / Event Marketing OR 1 – 2 years experience in a comparable or relevant area or industry
Fluency in English (written and oral) and ideally German; good command of other languages advantageous
Advanced skills with MS Office and OS; specifically Keynote, Powerpoint, Excel and Sharepoint
